We spend an average of 0.5 hours per ticket researching the issue to understand and, if possible, resolve it.
You'll get a short explanation of the problem and an estimate of the time needed for a solution.
You decide if we proceed with further investigation or implementation.
We fix it and keep you updated until it's done.
Each ticket covers one specific question about Exact Online. Got more issues? They'll become separate tickets.
If a ticket takes more than 2 hours, we turn it into a consultancy job (at our standard rate) or charge it against a punch card.
