How Our Ticket System Works

1. Submit a Ticket

Send your question to support@acconet.nl or use our customer portal.

2. Initial Review

We spend an average of 0.5 hours per ticket researching the issue to understand and, if possible, resolve it.

3. Update for You

You'll get a short explanation of the problem and an estimate of the time needed for a solution.

4. Your Approval

You decide if we proceed with further investigation or implementation.

5. Resolution

We fix it and keep you updated until it's done.

Good to Know

One Question, One Ticket

Each ticket covers one specific question about Exact Online. Got more issues? They'll become separate tickets.

Complex Questions

If a ticket takes more than 2 hours, we turn it into a consultancy job (at our standard rate) or charge it against a punch card.

Escalation

Need to hand something off to Exact Software? We'll remain your contact person.

Extra Tickets

Go over your limit once in a while? No problem—we won't charge extra. We'll work together to prevent it in the future or adjust your level.
